Lifetime Rewards in The Sims 3
Lifetime rewards are kind of gifts, which can be bought during the game in the cost of lifetime happiness points. Lifetime rewards usually improve the sim performance and make his life easier and more comfortable, but also other nice things, like the “Change Lifetime Wish” reward – which you could choose another lifetime wish for your sim). This new feature for the Sims 3 is the new version of the “lifetime aspiration rewards” in Sims 2. “Hardly Hungry” & “steel bladder” are great examples of lifetime rewards that will make easier taking care the sim needs.
The lifetime rewards can be bought during the game from the “lifetime happiness” tab In the sim panel, and costs in lifetime happiness points. The lifetime points can be achieved by completing your sim Lifetime wish (a Very big boost for the lifetime points, usually enough for more than one reward J ). Other ways to get lifetime points are to fulfill the sim regular wishes (shown underneath the lifetime wish icon), or just living a happy life and getting points for every happy moment you live! Another way to get these precious points is by using the game cheats:
Lifetime Rewards Cheat
Using the sims 3 cheats you could raise your lifetime happiness points and buy every lifetime reward you want for your sim (Even them all..). Here is how it goes:
Get to game main menu (yes, you have to start there, otherwise it won’t work..) and activate the cheat: testingcheatsenabled true , then get into the game and go to the “lifetime happiness” tab. Then hold [ctrl] and click just outside the lifetime points counter.(see image). For more info and cheats read my Sims 3 cheats page.
Some lifetime rewards (Items & devices) can be sold after being bought, their value is 20% (1/5) simoleons of their worth in lifetime points. For example: the “Teleporation Pad” lifetime reward costs 75,000 semoleons, and can be sold after bought for 15,000 §.
This is all the lifetime rewards available for the game so far: (Including showtime)
